Don't Get Scammed By Get Fit Quick Programs !!

Read this special article before you consider joining or paying for any "Get Fit Quick" Program

February 8, 2009

From the desk of Sam Childs

(senior reviewer)

We all know it would be great if we could lose our love handles overnight. Get in great shape without ever doing any exercise. Lose 20 lbs in a month and have that "shredded" look we see on magazine covers. Of course it would. I would love to be able to tell you that getting in the best shape of your life is as easy as 10 minutes per week, that way I would have more time to spend with my family, and write that novel that never seems to get any longer...

Whether it's boxing Tae-Bo, Yoga or "speedwalking", we have all witnessed the outrageous claims that people make about people getting fit without having to exercise without effort, AND how they can show you how to do the same thing. Well guess what 99% of these claims are bogus. You may (like me) have bought many of these programs, selling you the latest "fitness craze". I can't tell you how much money I have spent before finding two that actually WORKED. I always look for the "good" in people and sometimes that tends to lead you to be taken advantage of.

I finally got really ANGRY and decided to get to the bottom of this fitness fascination I had. I wanted to find out if there were any products out there that actually LIVE UP to their claims for getting fit in the most efficient and effective way possible.

I literally contacted the administrator of ever "get fit" website I could find. I positioned myself as an investor and manage to convince the owners that I was very interested in purchasing their entire website and business. I figured once the dollar signs flashed in their heads, they would give me free access to the member's areas to review what I would be "buying." Well I was not happy with 99% of what I discovered.

I repeatedly found :

* Outdated information

* Non-working links

* Links leading to other sites that asked for more money

* No Help Section

* No real email support

I soon came to the conclusion that these so called "Get Fit Quick" programs were totally useless. And the owners knew it. Needless to say, I didn't respond when they asked me if I was still interested in buying their websites. But, I was able to locate a few individuals that actually ran LEGITIMATE programs.

The owners were every day people like you and me that found a way to make fitness fun, and more importantly EFFECTIVE. Their membership areas were well constructed and contained a good amount of quality information on how to get fit the RIGHT way.

I even chatted with a few of their customers in several on-line forums, and they verified the results of their progress with before and after photos. I felt like I had found a few "diamonds in the rough". But don't take my word for it, visit the sites below and see what you think.

They do charge a minimal fee for access to their program, which is always to be expected for a legitimate business that has overhead, people on staff to help you get started.

If you do decide you are interested in the programs below I advise you to get started quickly as holiday season has arrived...and we all know what that can do to our waistlines.

Well my search for the most effective fitness programs out there has come to an end. I have to say I was thoroughly disappointed with most of what I found, and I strongly advise that you do not take any chances joining any program but the one below for now! Whatever you do, I wish you a healthy, "fit" year for you and yours.

Best,

Signed,

Sam Childs
